C.A.L.L.
C.A.L.L. is a mental health helpline for Wales. They offer a confidential listening and support service. To contact them either call 0800 132 737 or text ‘help’ to ‘81066’ or go to callhelpline.org.uk. You will not be charged for calling them.
Samaritans
Samaritans are a confidential listening service. They offer a safe place to talk about any difficulties you may be experiencing. Contact them on 116 123, the number is free to call and they have people working 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Shout
Shout is the UK's first 24/7 text service, free on all major mobile networks, for anyone in crisis anytime, anywhere. It's a place to go if you're struggling to cope and you need immediate help. Visit their website at giveusashout.org or by texting ‘SHOUT’ to ‘85258’.
